Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is made specifically for you, returns work differently than with mass-produced retail products.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Most products are custom produced after you order. For that reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchangesfor:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Slight variations in print placement

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you on a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation is complete.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (including face coverings and similar items)

  • Digital products

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We’re here to help. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and limit available remedies.

POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted.
