We keep it simple: every item is made just for you, then shipped as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

All products are made to order. Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production (not including weekends or holidays). Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details. Any free-shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders.

ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to address errors

  • Packages refused by the recipient

If a package is returned as undeliverable, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK OF LOSS

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is in their control.

Say Less Co. — by LYNAS is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation

  • Delivered to the address provided but not received

  • Delayed due to carrier issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We do not control these charges and are not responsible for customs delays.
